TTS Enterprises operates strictly as a **B2B wholesale manufacturer and distributor**. We do not cater to retail single-item consumer queries. By utilizing this site, you warrant that you are a commercial shopkeeper, retail chain buyer, or wholesale distributor.
To qualify for direct-to-factory prices, a strict minimum order of **120 pieces** (assorted sizes/articles) is required for each shipment booking. We do not dispatch orders below this size limit.
Payments must be processed via RTGS, NEFT, UPI, or cash directly at our Gandhi Nagar billing counter before transport loading. Invoice sheets and packing logs will be supplied with each dispatch.
We deliver to major transport terminals in Delhi for nationwide dispatch. The buyer is responsible for transport freight charges. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the transport agency issues the consignment receipt (Bilty).
Goods once sold cannot be returned. We offer direct replacements only in the case of verified manufacturing defects reported within **7 days** of parcel delivery.
